Barrel distortion! I want the 18mm F2, dammit! I continue to use and love Fuji cameras for their combination of stellar image quality in a compact package. It’s a combination that’s vital to what I do and how I do it. I’m hoping that Fuji keep making smaller lenses for those of us who like cameras with a low profiles.

Image quality is a wash, all the talk about "magic" can be attributed to f/1.4; and if money was no object, I would get the f/1.4. Let's be real here, all Fuji lenses
Actually, I own too many Fujifilm X bodies and lenses, including the 16mm f1.4, the 16mm f2.8, a TTartisan 17mm f1.4 and an 18mm f2. For general shooting I prefer the 18mm field of view, but I do like the quieter and faster focusing of the 16mm f2.8.
