TheAntman. Plenty of posts about this in the Electrical section of the Mk4 Mondeo forum. Yes, many have done it. Yes, it is plug and play. You need to get a cluster appropriate to the age of your vehicle though. Post facelift clusters will have problems on pre-facelift vehicles. You also will need to reprogram the odometer on your replacement
